Yes! A onsite consultation with you and your family member(s) to discuss agency information and services rendered.
What does SDHC screening process for caregivers prior to employment includes?
The screening process for all of our staff members includes but not limited to: drug testing, background check, sex offender and abuse registry checks etc. All staff members are trained by a Registered Nurse.
What form of payments are accepted?
SDHC accepts Private Pay, Medicaid CLTC, Veterans Affairs, Disability Waivers and Respite Care Vouchers.
Am I obligated to choose SDHC as my home care provider?
No, you are not obligated to receive services from Serenity Dove Home Care, LLC.
